The process begins when a prospective artist submits a demo to our talent development group. Demos are reviewed by a committee of dedicated voiceover professionals. Squawk will notify the artist if they qualify and will map out a specific plan for artist development.

Coaching - Squawk takes the development of talent seriously. In many cases, we will recommend continuing voice training with an accredited voice coach. Squawk can recommend a coach or you may pursue coaching independently. In the case of our recommended program, the talent development group will actively monitor an artist's progress, insuring the best possible fit to client requirements.

Production

Squawk maintains its own production facilities and can assist a voiceover artist in creating studio quality demos. This is important as both a marketing tool and as a means to promptly respond to customer requirements.
